The intention of this gathering, is to bring together like-minded individuals looking to be held and supported in a space of elevated frequency. For those seeking to raise their awareness and vibrational signature, so as to effect positive change in the world.

The day will incorporate a bio-psycho-spiritual approach to wellbeing. There will be meditation, psycho-education, journal and circle practice as well as yoga, conscious connected breathwork, sound healing and fire ceremony.

Yoga mats and pillows will be provided (however if you have your favorites, feel free to bring them along).
